Web App
v2026.11.011 November 2026
- ImprovedThe "I applied" button is now also on pending listings; you can mark a job you applied to yourself without having to skip it.
- ImprovedThe download screen now shows large badges confirming the Windows app is live on the Microsoft Store and the Mac app is approved by Apple.
- NewA guide covering the 7 questions to ask when choosing an auto-apply tool is now live in four languages.
v2026.10.3030 October 2026
- NewAnalytics and advertising measurement cookies now only run if you allow them; you can change your choice anytime from "Cookie settings".
- NewNew pages briefly explaining what Besim Apply is and how it differs from cloud tools are now live in four languages.
- NewWhen signing up, you can optionally choose to receive product news and promotional e-mails; every promotional e-mail has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom.
- FixedFields asking for salary expectations now get a single amount, written in the currency the form requires; the form no longer gets stuck on profiles listing multiple currencies.
v2026.10.2727 October 2026
- ImprovedIndeed is now marked as "Beta" in the job sites section; Indeed support is still being improved.
- NewWhen the friend who comes through your invite link installs the app and connects their own LinkedIn account, they immediately get +5 application credits.
v2026.10.2323 October 2026
- ImprovedThe code you get to connect the app on your computer is now valid for 24 hours; it no longer expires while you're downloading and installing the app.
v2026.10.1616 October 2026
- NewThe site a listing was found on now shows on every tab: a LinkedIn or Indeed mark appears in the corner of the company logo.
v2026.10.1515 October 2026
- ImprovedYou can now sort the job list by date: press the "Date" button in the header. The date appears on every tab; in Could Not Apply it's the date you tried, and in pending it's the day the job was scored.
- ImprovedWhile Indeed security verification is pending, the Job Sites card now has an "Open verification" button: it opens in your computer's browser, in a separate window the app doesn't interfere with. When you're done, press "I've completed it".
v2026.10.1414 October 2026
- FixedFor job postings from LinkedIn's new listing page layout, the company name, location, and posting date used to show up blank; they now show correctly. The job description is also limited to that listing itself; the page's menus and other listings no longer get mixed in.
- FixedThe “B2B” tag on the job list didn't come from the listing itself, but from the setting of the search group that found it, and it also showed up on full-time listings. Since it was misleading, it has been removed.
- FixedWhen you say "Open and fill" and the app is busy, it now tells you what it's busy with (a round, or another form) and that the page has been queued — it will open by itself once that's done. Before, it just said "try again", and it always wrongly said "round".
v2026.10.1010 October 2026
- NewAdded short intro and setup videos: on the home page, at every step of the setup wizard, on the Apply page, in inbox settings, and in the Help articles you can watch the video in your own language.
- FixedThe settings link on the guarantee card now opens directly the page where email tracking is.
v2026.10.099 October 2026
- NewFounding 100: the first 100 paying members get a permanent 30% discount on all plans and packages, including renewals. The pricing screen shows your discounted price and how many spots are left.
- NewResponse and interview guarantee: if the first 50 applications above the match score threshold from Founding 100 members bring no reply from any employer, or the first 100 applications from other paying members bring no interview invitation, your account gets +50 applications added once. This applies on plans where your own AI is working and your email inbox is connected; you can track your progress on the Application allowance page.
- NewThe homepage now explains the response and interview guarantee; all conditions are in the "Response and interview guarantee" article in Help.
- NewYou can now sign up for the live setup workshop right from our site: pick a date that works for you and the joining link will be sent to your email; we'll remind you a day before and an hour before, and you can cancel with a single click if you can't make it.
- NewAfter the workshop you'll now get an email: attendees get the next steps and the workshop code, and those who couldn't make it get a link to pick another date.
- ImprovedWhen choosing a plan in the setup wizard, the discounted Founding 100 prices now show up too.
- FixedLinks to a section of the homepage (like the guarantee) now open the page right at that section.
- ImprovedWhen we reply to the message you sent through the feedback form, our reply now also arrives in your email.
- FixedThe description of searches created with "Suggest from CV" is now written in the app's language; before, it could appear in a different language based on the country on your CV.
v2026.10.077 October 2026
- ImprovedThe first-month discount on pricing is now clearly shown: the amount you'll pay the first month is in large text, with the regular price struck through above it. It also now says that your own AI plan works with free AI keys too.
- NewYour first application package is now 40% off; the discounted price is shown clearly on the pricing page.
- FixedApplications the company site doesn't show as approved no longer count against your application quota; they appear separately under Applied with an "approval not seen" tag.
- ImprovedSetup now starts with your CV and preferences; you install the desktop app at the third step. Your CV is read even before the app is installed.
- NewNew "Sites that need an account" list in Settings: listings from sites that require an account to apply are no longer attempted in vain; once you create an account on the site, say "I created an account" to put those listings back in the queue.
- ImprovedThe Download section now shows that the app is live on the Microsoft Store and Apple-approved.
- NewIf you get stuck connecting the desktop app during setup, the same screen now shows fixes for the four most common issues, plus a button to message us directly.
- Improved"Fill from CV" for the same CV no longer makes you wait — it now arrives with the result of the first read.
- ImprovedOur replies to every message you send through the feedback form now show up on the same page, in the My Support Requests section.
- NewIn Settings → Job search, you can choose which job sites to search. There you can see whether each site is connected and whether it's waiting on security verification; the connect buttons will also work from here starting with the next version of the desktop app. Indeed support is launching with that same version.
v2026.10.066 October 2026
- New“Feedback” was added to the menu: you can write a suggestion, issue, or question and send it straight to us.
- ImprovedIf you signed up from your phone, we'll send a link to your email shortly afterward so you can finish the setup on your computer.
v2026.10.011 October 2026
- NewThe Credits page now has a promo code field. If you arrive via a campaign link, the code is applied automatically; the application credits you earn never expire.
- ImprovedPostings that hit LinkedIn's daily Easy Apply limit are no longer marked as "could not apply": they wait as Eligible and are retried once the limit resets. Meanwhile, the same postings aren't reopened needlessly, and applications to company websites keep going.
v2026.09.3030 September 2026
- FixedThe web page no longer keeps saying "applying" after the desktop app stops; it now shows the correct status without you having to refresh the page.
- Fixed"Open and fill" requests you send while the app is busy no longer get lost; they're now carried out in order once the app finishes what it's doing.
- ImprovedIn the "Could not apply" tab, the bulk "open and fill forms" button now clearly states which of your selections are company-website forms.
v2026.09.2929 September 2026
- NewThe Windows app is now on the Microsoft Store: no more "unknown publisher" warning during install, and updates arrive automatically. For computers that can't open the Store, the installer file is still available for download.
v2026.09.2828 September 2026
- ImprovedWhen you select a listing in the Not Applied tab, the bottom bar no longer shows a pointless "Confirm" button; you can archive your selections in bulk, mark them as "already applied", or put them back in the queue.
- NewListings older than 30 days now show a small notice; hover over it to see the posting date. The listing isn't excluded — it's just a reminder that the chance of a response is lower.
- ImprovedJobs that aren't auto-approved even though their score is above the threshold now show the reason below the score: if you've applied to this company before, the listing waits for your approval.
v2026.09.2727 September 2026
- NewBelow each job's score there are now three small badges: work permit, language, and location. Each shows ✓ eligible, ⚠ unclear, or ✗ not eligible; hover over one to see what the listing says about it. If a listing says nothing about visas, it's no longer counted as "not eligible" — it now shows as "unclear".
- NewUnder each listing, your strengths and gaps are now listed separately: which of your skills match the listing, and what the listing asks for that's missing from your profile.
- NewThe match score now has a label next to it (Strong, Good, Fair, Weak match); the same label also appears next to the auto-approval threshold in your search group.
- NewIf a listing has an application deadline, the date now shows on the card; it's flagged when 7 days or less remain.
- NewThere's a new skill gap map in the CV suggestions section: skills that job postings ask for most but don't appear on your CV, shown in a color-coded table by search group.
- FixedWhen the agent marks a listing as "Already applied" or "Archive" while it's running, that listing no longer stays in place; a later error the agent reports for it won't undo your decision.
v2026.09.2626 September 2026
- NewWhen you connect your own AI, you can now also choose NVIDIA's free models; the setup steps are on the settings screen.
v2026.09.2525 September 2026
- NewAdded a dedicated information page for people who want to apply to jobs in Germany: how city selection, work permits, and German/English forms are handled, all in one place.
v2026.09.2424 September 2026
- NewAdded separate landing pages in every language for automatic LinkedIn applications, AI-powered applications, bulk applications, CV–job match and form filling; you can reach all of them from the bottom of the home page.
- FixedOn new free-trial accounts, the desktop app kept saying "out of credits"; it now starts applying with your trial applications. The applications screen also counts your trial applications.
- FixedChoosing a plan during setup is no longer required: you can continue with the free trial, or buy a plan from there if you want. Application packs are shown above the subscriptions.
- FixedIn the invitation step of the setup, "Skip for now" used to send you back to the beginning; it now moves on to the next step.
v2026.09.2323 September 2026
- ImprovedWe added to the Privacy section that we use Google Analytics to understand how you use the site, and that we remove personal information from the addresses sent to Google.
- NewIf you signed up from your phone, you can send the desktop app link to your email with a single tap during setup, then continue on your computer.
- ImprovedThe homepage has been refreshed: you can now see what we do and how to get started right on the first screen, with example listings from different professions.
- FixedOn some phone browsers that block site data, the page wouldn't open and only an error screen appeared. It now opens in these browsers too.
v2026.09.2222 September 2026
- NewYou can start without a subscription: buy a pack of 50 or 100 applications, and what you buy never expires.
- ImprovedApplication packs now sit at the top of the pricing page: you see the pack first, subscriptions below it.
- ImprovedThe first 3 applications being free — with no card required — is now stated on the landing page and in the FAQ.
- ImprovedWe clarified the refund policy: you get a full refund if it's within 14 days of your purchase and no more than 3 applications have been sent from your account in total; applications made during the free trial also count toward this limit.
- FixedAdd-on package cards showed the wrong package size: even the 100-application package said "+50 applications". Now each package shows its own size.
- NewWe added a help article explaining how to get past the "unknown publisher" warning during installation on Windows and macOS; it opens with one click from the link on the download screen.
v2026.09.2121 September 2026
- ImprovedThe help centre is now a single document: contents on the left, uninterrupted reading on the right. You can also find things with your browser's own search.
- NewEach screen's buttons are explained inside that screen's own section — what "Open and fill" fills in, where it stops, and when to press "I already applied".
- NewCancelling and refunds are now written down: you can cancel at any time, and within the first 14 days with no more than 3 applications sent you get the full amount back.
- ImprovedThe language is now part of the address: a link you share opens in the language you were reading.
v2026.09.1919 September 2026
- ImprovedThe help page has been rewritten and now covers the whole product: the Apply screen, search groups and the score threshold, skills, the application allowance and plans, invites, e-mail reply tracking, privacy and troubleshooting. It opens in the language you use.
- ImprovedEmployer questions like "do you have experience with X?" are answered more accurately: your skills are now collected from BOTH your CV and your job-platform profile and merged — nothing is dropped, including the ones you added by hand.
- FixedEnglish postings sometimes got Turkish answers to their screening questions ("when can you start" → "hemen"). The form's language is now determined before anything is written, and answers follow it.
- ImprovedIf a page fails unexpectedly you now get a short explanation and a "reload" button instead of a blank screen, and the problem is reported to us automatically — you do not need to send anything.
- NewJob cards now show "same and similar postings": when an employer re-publishes the same title under a new number, a badge on the card tells you that you already applied to it or archived it, and opening the card lists them all with their dates.
- ImprovedWhen the same posting is published again under a new number, the AI no longer judges it from scratch: if the text is identical it keeps the score and the reasoning it gave the first time (within the last 15 days, and as long as your profile has not changed). The same posting no longer ends up with two different scores.
- FixedYour extra pack balance showed "0": applications you had bought or been given were on your account but the screen said zero. Fixed.
- ImprovedInvitation rewards now match the new plans: the inviter and the invited each get 10 applications.
- ImprovedThe application e-mails section is still being built; it now shows in the menu marked "(in development)" and cannot be opened yet. We will announce it here when it is ready.
- ImprovedIn the app, the Besim Apply logo is now the same size as on the home page.
- NewNew plans: Starter (50 applications a month), Pro (100 a month) and Max (300 a month). Each plan comes with your own AI or ours, monthly or yearly (2 months free on yearly).
- ImprovedYour application allowance is now monthly: it renews every month and unused applications do not carry over. The Applications page shows what is left this month and your extra pack separately.
- NewThe extra pack (+50 applications) never expires: it kicks in once the monthly allowance is gone and you use it whenever you like.
- ImprovedThe 50% first-month discount continues: first-time buyers of a monthly plan get the first month at half price.
- NewCampaign discounts now show on the plan cards: campaign name, discount rate and the struck-through list price. The discounted price carries over to checkout.
v2026.09.1818 September 2026
- ImprovedCheckout now finishes on a single screen: you enter your card details without leaving the payment page — no extra page in between.
- ImprovedThe currency is chosen based on your card: a card issued in Turkey is charged in Turkish Lira, a foreign card in foreign currency. You see the amount on screen as you type your card number.
v2026.09.1717 September 2026
- NewThe home page now shows the desktop app itself: a picture of the window and what it does — start with one button, run on its own, fill a form, and say line by line what it did.
- FixedThe payment result now always shows: when the bank declines, the page no longer sits on "processing payment" — it shows the outcome and the bank's reason, even if you are signed out.
- ImprovedThe Besim Apply logo now looks the same and sharp everywhere: at the top left once you sign in, at the bottom of the home page, in the picture people see when you share your invite link, and at the top of the e-mails we send you.
- NewInvite a friend: when someone who comes through your personal link on the Credits page buys their first package, you get +25 and they get +20 application credits. Copy the link with one click and share it on WhatsApp, Telegram or your professional network; you can see how many people signed up and the credits you earned on the same card.
- ImprovedA job-platform account can be linked to only one apply account; if you try to use the same account with a different email, the app and the web will tell you.
- ImprovedInvites now have their own page in the left menu, and the step is skippable during setup: a ready-made message and share preview are prepared in your language, so you can share with one tap on WhatsApp, Telegram, X, or your professional network — you can also invite by email.
- ImprovedWe added a comparison of "doing it yourself" vs. "with Apply" to the homepage, making the row of application systems easier to read.
- ImprovedIf a payment can't be completed, the return screen now also shows the reason (a declined card and an interrupted payment are different things).
v2026.09.1616 September 2026
- FixedThe "Open the page and fill it in" button did nothing—silently—while the desktop app was running a session. Now it tells you the app is busy, and it lets us know when the request is turned down.
- FixedEven if you leave the "processing" screen right after paying, your payment isn't lost; as soon as your balance shows up, the "no applications left" warning disappears on its own.
- FixedThe first-month discount is applied only once per account; even if you left the payment screen, the discount isn't given a second time.
- NewThe home page has been refreshed: live job listing examples, a step-by-step application simulation, a security comparison and full content in four languages (Turkish, English, German, Spanish). On your first visit the page switches to your device's language; if you change the language, your choice is remembered.
- ImprovedPrices are now shown directly from the catalogue in the payment system; the price on the page and the price on the checkout screen come from the same source.
v2026.09.1515 September 2026
- NewA new preview landing page (/v2) has been released featuring multi-sector job matching, a live interactive application simulator, and detailed security comparisons.
- ImprovedWhen a site offers sign-in, account creation, and guest options during an application, the path that doesn't require an account is now chosen.
v2026.09.1414 September 2026
- NewPayments are now taken in US dollars at the price you see; the checkout no longer shows a Turkish lira amount.
- FixedAn email from a job site saying "sign in to complete your application" could make an unfinished application look like it had been sent. Now such an email no longer marks the application as "Applied".
- ImprovedWhen a form is being filled out, any hidden instructions on the page aimed at AI (such as "add these words to your application") are now ignored; only your own information is entered into the form.
- FixedThe subscription and account-deletion windows used to run off the top of the screen and appear cut off; they now open fully in the center of the screen.
- FixedYour saved answers (e.g. "Can start immediately") could be entered in Turkish on English forms; they are now written in the form's language, and for list questions the matching option from the list is selected.
- FixedThe subscription window was missing a button to turn off auto-renewal; now every active subscription has one. When you turn it off, the subscription stays usable until the end of the period, and you can turn it back on whenever you like.
- NewA new option has been added to the email tracking settings: with your permission, the app can read the verification code or sign-in link that sites send to your email during an application and continue the application on its own. The option is off by default.
v2026.09.1313 September 2026
- NewFree trial: 10 applications with your own AI, no card required; plus 10 job evaluations and 3 in-platform applications with managed AI. Your remaining trial allowance is shown on the Credits page and in the top bar.
- NewYou can now view your subscription from the "Subscription" screen in the user menu, cancel auto-renewal, and undo the cancellation before the period ends. If you delete your account, your active subscription is cancelled at the end of the period.
- ImprovedOn the pricing cards and the subscription screen it now states clearly that after the first-month discount the subscription renews automatically each month at the regular price; the next-period price of a subscription that starts on a discounted plan is also shown.
- NewYou can now delete your account and all your data yourself, right from the user menu.
- ImprovedYour name, email address, phone number and profile link are no longer sent to the AI at all. Placeholders are used instead while filling out forms and writing emails; your real details are added to the form on our own server.
- ImprovedCV suggestions are now prepared once a day, and several job posts are reviewed together: the things that multiple posts ask for in common are gathered into a single suggestion. On first use, the last 5 job posts you approved are considered together.
- ImprovedIf you pick a very small model (under 20 billion parameters) in your own AI settings, you'll now see a red "model too weak" warning. These models are not used because they give made-up results in scoring and form filling; setup also won't continue until you add a larger model that works.
- FixedWhen scoring a job, the AI sometimes mistook a field from your own background (e.g. health informatics) for a job requirement and said "you have no experience in this area," and it referred to a salary that the listing never mentioned. Both have been fixed. If the pay stated in the listing is below your expectation, the score now drops consistently; if the listing has no pay, salary doesn't affect the score.
- FixedOn the Apply page, the list sometimes emptied on its own and only came back with Refresh. Now the list no longer disappears when you switch tabs or filters or when it refreshes in the background; if loading fails, it tells you so clearly.
- ImprovedManaged AI now runs only on large 70B-class models: small models are never used for scoring, CV reading or filling out forms. If the large model is briefly unavailable, tasks wait instead of dropping to a small model, and then continue.
- NewThe Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are now available in four languages and can be read from the links at the bottom of the page. When you create a new account, you check a consent box once; existing accounts confirm with a single click at their next sign-in.
- ImprovedThe Terms of Use and Privacy Policy have been updated; you will be asked to accept them once the next time you sign in.
- ImprovedOn the Apply screen, each decision now shows who made it: "Automatic" or "You". If an automatically approved posting later drops below your threshold, it goes back to awaiting approval on its own; decisions you made yourself stay unchanged.
- ImprovedThe Terms of Use and Privacy Policy can now also be opened from the user menu after signing in.
v2026.09.1212 September 2026
- ImprovedThe order of the AI choice is now clear (managed · your own keys · local) and the labels are fixed: the unit is one application — every application sent uses 1 credit, while scoring and CV reading use nothing. The phrase "uses AI credit" no longer applied, so it was removed.
- ImprovedAn application you stopped now shows as "Stopped by You" instead of "Could Not Apply"; retrying is a single click.
- NewYour AI providers are tested automatically the moment you save them: a provider that doesn't respond is marked "not working" in red, and a working one gets a green badge.
- ImprovedDuring setup, the AI step won't let you continue until the type you chose actually responds — managed AI is now tested too. So you no longer finish setup only to find out later that nothing works.
- FixedAfter you pay, the "you've run out of applications" warning and your remaining balance update without refreshing the page.
- Fixed"Fill from CV" used to say "couldn't be read" on some PDFs: your browser now reads the text, so résumés made with tools like Canva fill in without a hitch too. If a file can't be read, the process retries on its own.
- ImprovedYour inbox is now read by the AI you choose: if you pick "My own AI," your own providers are used, and ours only steps in when they don't respond.
- NewThe email tracking (IMAP) settings now have a "Test" button: it verifies the connection and password instantly, and once saved, the settings box closes and shows Edit / Remove buttons.
- NewWhen you add your own AI providers, a "Our suggestions" list appears: free providers that have actually handled work in the last 7 days, ranked by response rate.
- ImprovedOn the intro and setup screen, the back/next buttons are now also at the top of the page — no more scrolling down on long steps.
- FixedWhen emails in your inbox can't be classified, we no longer stay silent: we switch to your own AI and report the problem to us.
- NewThe Apply screen now opens where you left off: your tab, search, filters and sorting are remembered.
- FixedThe numbers next to the tabs now count the same thing as the list; a tab no longer promises listings and then opens empty.
- ImprovedWhen you approve or skip a listing, the numbers at the top update right away.
- FixedFixed an issue where choosing “Last 24 hours” as the time range left the screen empty.
- FixedThe application allowance screen now opens according to the AI preference on your account; in your activity, each application is grouped day by day instead of listed on a separate line.
- FixedThe summary shown when a round finishes is now in your language.
- ImprovedOnly the emails that really belong to your applications are processed; invoices, account statements and support messages no longer land on the unmatched emails screen.
- ImprovedThe left menu can collapse into an icon strip; search group cards open when you click anywhere on the header.
- Fixed“Suggest from CV” no longer deletes the search groups you built yourself — it adds the suggestions to your list.
- FixedWhen you press “Apply by e-mail” and it can’t be sent, the reason now appears right away (e.g. no sender e-mail is set up).
- NewA “Re-check” button on closed listings in the archive: if the employer republishes the listing, it goes back into the queue.
- ImprovedIn Settings, a single line at the top now explains what the e-mail reader and sender sections are for.
- ImprovedThe list of unmatched e-mails clears itself: e-mails that have nothing to do with your applications no longer stay there.
- FixedOn some screens an internal label appeared instead of the text (e.g. “app.jobs.filter.viewed”); this has been fixed.
- NewAdded a “Refresh” button to the Apply screen: it reloads the list and the counts at the top from the server.
- ImprovedThe group and time filters were moved next to the search box, onto a lower line; the tab row now looks less crowded.
- FixedWhen your payment is finished, the payment page now brings you back to the app on its own and your application credit appears on the screen; you no longer need to press "return to product".
- ImprovedWhen your payment goes through, you don't have to wait on a confirmation screen; after a quick thank-you, you go straight to your application credits page.
- FixedThe first-month discount applies once per account; after the payment address changed, this record wasn't being kept.
- ImprovedIn Settings, “Unmatched Emails” has been moved to the bottom of the page; the daily summary emails we send ourselves no longer land in that list.
- ImprovedThe Besim Teknoloji logo now appears next to the product name in the top left.
- New“Apply now” button on the Suitable tab: it moves the listing to the front of the queue. If the app is idle it applies right away; if it's busy, the button shows what it's doing and notes that the listing has been queued.
- NewSupport requests and their replies now appear full screen on the Help page; you no longer have to read them from a small panel.
- ImprovedSupport requests are now also sent by email to info@besimtech.com, so no request slips through the cracks.
- FixedWhen the help assistant can't answer, it now tries to answer using your own AI.
- FixedFixed the Besim Teknoloji logo at the top left (a payment-methods strip had been placed there by mistake).
- ImprovedThe Help page now has two tabs: “Help topics” and “My support requests”.
- ImprovedYour support request email now goes to both info@besimtech.com and the administrator.
- FixedUnmatched emails: when our AI couldn't answer, every incoming email landed on the list unclassified (bank notices, newsletters…). Now your own AI steps in, and emails unrelated to job applications are never saved.
- ImprovedThe maximum number of search groups has been raised from 3 to 5.
v2026.09.1111 September 2026
- NewPurchases are now completed on a single, secure payment page, and you're returned to the app automatically once payment is done.
- NewAfter signing up, you can log in right away without waiting for approval.
- ImprovedTabs, filters, and sorting in the job list now run on the server, and tabs with many jobs no longer open empty.
- ImprovedThe job description now stays open under each row, so you don't have to open them one by one.
- ImprovedThe entire search group heading is now clickable.
- ImprovedJobs with no activity for 120 days drop off the list.
- FixedChoosing a time range used to clear the applications screen.
- FixedJob evaluations sometimes showed the AI's internal notes.
- FixedThe job counts across the tabs didn't add up to the total shown at the top.
Desktop Agent
v1.4.102 November 2026
- FixedYes/no questions on LinkedIn's new application forms are now marked correctly again; Easy Applies that got stuck on these questions now go through.
- FixedThe apply button couldn't be clicked while LinkedIn's search suggestions were open; now the suggestions are closed and the application continues.
- ImprovedIf Chrome closes during a search, the run no longer ends; Chrome reopens and continues from where it left off.
- FixedThe run summary now also counts applications made during the search; it no longer says "no approved listings" when applications were actually sent, and it tells you if the daily reading limit was hit.
- ImprovedWhen the browser is handed over to you (for sign-in or security verification), the automatic run now waits until you're done.
v1.4.927 October 2026
- FixedSearchable dropdown lists on company sites (such as country, city) are being filled in correctly again; applications that were rejected with errors like "select your country of residence" now go through.
- ImprovedIndeed is marked as "Beta" in the job sites section.
v1.4.827 October 2026
- FixedWhen the browser is handed over to you for sign-in and security verification, the sign-in page now opens; "Show the window" now actually brings Chrome to the front.
- ImprovedIf a button can't work right now, it now tells you why and what to do first; Start appears greyed out while the browser is handed over to you.
- FixedSome "Apply" buttons that lead to the company's site couldn't open a new tab; now they do, and the application continues on the company's site.
- ImprovedIf Chrome closes right after opening, the app now finds the reason (another Chrome left open, a folder permission issue, etc.) and tells you what to do.
- ImprovedWhen listings aren't being scored, the app now tells you the real reason: an unverified email, an expired trial, or the daily scoring limit.
- ImprovedIf you don't press Done within two hours of the browser being handed over to you, the app now takes it back on its own; automatic running no longer gets stuck.
v1.4.723 October 2026
- ImprovedSign-in and security checks now happen in a single window: the app hands its Chrome window over to you, and you finish the sign-in or verification and press Done. The "open with verification / open without verification" choice is gone.
- FixedIndeed's security check can now be passed: the browser no longer identifies itself as automation, and the app doesn't touch the browser during verification.
- FixedIndeed job listings can now be read: the listing text in the side panel is picked up from the new page layout; since the listing no longer opens on its own page, unnecessary verification requests are gone too.
- FixedA listing no longer gets stuck for minutes: on pages with lots of ad frames, the diagnostic recording now finishes within a limited time.
- ImprovedWhen an Indeed search is skipped, the reason (Chrome is closed, no country site, daily limit) now shows up in the run summary.
- ImprovedIn LinkedIn's new search layout, listings open inline and are read correctly; short titles and screen-reader-labeled titles are also matched correctly now.
- ImprovedCompany site forms: jQuery dropdowns, cookie notices, and "Apply" buttons at the top of the page are now handled more reliably; Open-and-fill never submits on its own.
v1.4.614 October 2026
- FixedSigning in with your Google account now works. When your LinkedIn session ends or during first setup, sign-in opens in a separate browser window; Google no longer says "This browser may not be secure." Once you finish signing in and click OK, or close the window, the app picks up where it left off.
- NewJob search now also covers Indeed: listings are read and scored against your profile. Applications are never submitted automatically on Indeed jobs; you choose which sites to use from Settings → Job search on the web.
- NewThere's a new Job sites section in the app, below "Connect this device": you can see at a glance whether LinkedIn and Indeed are connected, and connect or disconnect with one click. Disconnecting just signs you out of that site.
- ImprovedIf a site asks for a security check, the app stops there and won't touch that site until you click "Done"; Indeed's check can now also be completed right in the sign-in window.
v1.4.57 October 2026
- FixedForms filled with "Open and fill" no longer close on their own after a few minutes; they stay open so you can check them and submit.
- FixedFollow-up cleanup now actually works and is faster: 25 per batch, up to 150 companies per day.
- ImprovedThe app no longer starts a new application round while it's filling out a form or doing follow-up cleanup, so tasks don't overlap.
- FixedLists that require multiple selections (for example, your preferred countries) are now filled in correctly, so applications on sites like EPAM won't get stuck because of this.
- FixedFixed an issue on some company sites where the "Submit" and "Continue" buttons couldn't be clicked, and digits were missing when filling in the salary field.
- FixedOnce LinkedIn's daily Easy Apply limit is reached, the app no longer opens new Easy Apply listings within the same round.
- ImprovedFixed the help icon and step titles on the app screen.
v1.4.42 October 2026
- FixedThe app no longer freezes when an "open and fill" form gets stuck: each form now runs on its own, a form that doesn't finish within 20 minutes is closed automatically, and the Stop button now also closes open forms.
- FixedThe "follow company" checkbox in the Easy Apply form is now reliably removed before submitting; you no longer follow companies you apply to without meaning to.
- NewNew option in Settings: while the app is idle, it gradually removes LinkedIn follows from companies you applied to; it doesn't touch companies you follow yourself.
- ImprovedThe web page now shows when the app is filling out a form; requests you send during that time aren't lost, they're queued.
- FixedIn Easy Apply, LinkedIn's info bubbles are no longer confused with the application window.
- FixedThe Besim Apply logo at the top of the app looks correct again.
- ImprovedThe Mac app is now signed under Besim Teknoloji and notarized by Apple; you no longer see an "unidentified developer" warning when opening it.
v1.4.328 September 2026
- FixedBulk “open and fill forms” was opening the company site and closing it right away, without filling the form. Now the opened tab stays open and the form is filled in that tab.
v1.4.228 September 2026
- NewIn the Not Applied tab, when you select company-site listings and choose "open and fill forms," the app opens each form in its own tab and fills them all at the same time — it doesn't submit any of them, you press the final button yourself. For listings with a known address, it never visits LinkedIn at all.
- ImprovedThe app is now called Besim Apply. Your update settings and LinkedIn session are kept as they are.
- ImprovedThe exact posting date of listings is now read; listings older than 30 days are flagged in the list.
v1.4.021 September 2026
- ImprovedThe Windows and macOS apps are now shipped compiled — their contents are protected and startup is a little faster.
- FixedDuring an application a click could land somewhere else on the page, leaving the application stuck. The click is now verified to have reached its target.
- ImprovedYour skills are now also read from your job-platform profile and the list is no longer cut short — "do you have experience with X?" is answered more accurately.
v1.3.11020 September 2026
- ImprovedA posting that is already settled is not opened again: anything you applied to, archived, that failed, or that was merely scored is skipped. No posting is sent to the AI twice.
- FixedOn some sites pressing "Apply" did nothing: the click landed on another element that shifted at the last moment. The app now checks that the click actually reached the button and retries when it did not.
- FixedBoxes with a length limit (for example a years-of-experience field that takes only 5 characters) were rejected by the site when the answer did not fit. The answer is now trimmed to fit.
- FixedEnglish postings sometimes received Turkish answers to their questions ("when can you start" → "hemen"). The form's language is now determined and answers follow it.
v1.3.10919 September 2026
- ImprovedForm filling now starts without a fixed wait: the app waits for the page to be ready, not for a set amount of time. Before, there could be a silent wait of up to a minute before the first field was filled; now it also shows step by step what it's doing.
- FixedField errors shown by the site are no longer mistaken for a security check; a form that can still be filled out is no longer abandoned because of this.
- FixedThe job platform's notification window is no longer mistaken for the application screen. Before, this window could cause the application to close with an error before it even started.
- FixedIn dark mode, the text in the form address box is now readable; the paste button sits to the right of the box, and the 'open and fill' button sits below it.
v1.3.10818 September 2026
- NewNew "Fill a form" tab: paste the address of any application form and the agent opens it in your browser and fills it from your profile. It does not send it — you check it and press the site's own button.
- FixedThe app now records what it does as it starts, so if the window ever comes up blank there is something to read.
- ImprovedIf a version misbehaves on your machine you can go back to the previous one — the download link now accepts a version number.
v1.3.10718 September 2026
- FixedThe agent now closes only the tabs it opened itself: pages you open while it works (e.g. apply.besimtech.com) stay where they are.
- FixedAfter ticking an option it now checks the option really took; applications that stalled on "this field is required" now go through.
- FixedIt no longer presses a dialog's "Close" button instead of Submit and loses the application it just filled in.
- FixedApplication pages that were blocked by a cookie banner now open, and forms that want the number without a country code get the right one.
- ImprovedThe new Besim Apply logo is used in the app as well.
v1.3.10617 September 2026
- FixedFixed: in 1.3.105 the "Open browser to sign in" button did nothing.
v1.3.10517 September 2026
- NewThe "Open browser to sign in" button now works for every kind of sign-in: the job platform or a company site asking for a Google account. Your browser opens in a mode where you can sign in; once you sign in and click Done, the automation picks up right where it left off. The (?) next to it explains when to use it.
- ImprovedThe "Open Web Panel" button has been removed; clicking the Apply Job text in the top left now opens the web app.
- ImprovedA job platform account can only be linked to one apply account; if you sign in with an account linked to a different email, the app will let you know at the top.
v1.3.10416 September 2026
- FixedThe browser now picks a free connection on its own each time it starts. If another program on your computer is using the same connection, "Open and fill" and automatic runs are no longer affected by it.
v1.3.10316 September 2026
- FixedOn some computers Chrome wouldn't open at all: an old Chrome left running in the background was keeping the app's own browser folder locked, so every new attempt closed instantly. The app now clears this lock and opens Chrome. Your everyday Chrome is left untouched.
- FixedIf Chrome still won't open, the app no longer stays silent: a warning appears on screen saying "close all Chrome windows and try again," and the situation is reported to us.
v1.3.10216 September 2026
- FixedSometimes the app couldn't do anything at all: a Chrome left running in the background was holding the connection port but wasn't answering any request. The app now notices this, closes that Chrome and opens a fresh one. Your own browser is left untouched.
- FixedIn this situation the "Open and fill the page" button silently did nothing; now it first sorts out Chrome, and if it can't, it tells you why.
- ImprovedConnecting to Chrome is now faster: each attempt used to take 3 minutes, now it gives up quickly and recovers.
v1.3.10116 September 2026
- FixedWhen Chrome stops responding, the agent now restarts it on its own. Previously, a run like this would drag on with long waits and end without finding any listings.
- FixedOn some job sites, hidden fields invisible on screen were being filled in to give the AI secret instructions. Now none of your information is written into these fields.
- FixedApplications that could not be completed because the form's submit button wasn't found are now fixed; privacy and agreement links are no longer mistaken for the button that moves you forward.
- FixedFor links that land on the company's job search page instead of the listing, the listing now opens directly. If it can't be opened, the job is closed honestly without filling in any search boxes.
- FixedOn some sites the application window was being closed by mistake and switched to the privacy page; the window now stays open.
- FixedList-style questions such as nationality, work arrangement, and experience are now answered, and checkboxes are actually ticked. This lets the submit button become available.
- FixedYour LinkedIn address is no longer written into a field asking for a GitHub address; your phone number is no longer written into a question confirming contact by phone.
- ImprovedIn country and city lists, Türkiye is selected correctly, and the real options of lists whose choices load later are read properly.
- ImprovedCookie windows and dropdown menus are no longer mistaken for an application step; the real apply option in the menu is selected.
v1.3.10014 September 2026
- NewWhen LinkedIn shows a security check (an SMS/email code or a robot check) or your session drops, all automatic actions stop immediately and a red warning appears. The app never touches the verification page in any way; once you log in again, the run picks up on its own right where it left off. If you have set up your own email server in the settings, the warning also arrives by email.
- FixedIn question forms that keep only one section open at a time (for example the "When can you start?" section), the app was reopening the answered section and closing the required question, so the Next button always stayed disabled. Now the required question that is open gets answered.
- FixedFor answers chosen from a list (such as country, language level, gender or work permit), when there is no suitable option the app no longer marks a random choice on your behalf; the field is left blank and the offered options are shown in the report. In long country lists, locations like "Ankara, Turkey" now select the right country; even if the menu closes early, the selected option is marked.
- FixedOn some listings the app was opening the company's general "find me a job" page instead of the listing's own application form and getting stuck there. Now the listing's own form is always used.
- FixedOn some forms the Next/Submit button was not being found, and instead links that open a new tab, such as a privacy notice, were being clicked. The form's own Submit button is now always found; links that open a new tab are no longer clicked.
- FixedPages that require signing in ("Apply" buttons that lead to a login screen, steps that send a login link to your email) now honestly finish as "login required" instead of the error "Next button not found". On listings that open the employer's job-search page, the search form is not filled in.
- NewIf you allow it under Settings → Email tracking, the one-time login link and verification code that arrive during an application are read from your mailbox and the application continues where it left off. This permission is off by default; while it is off, applications that ask for a code finish as "verification required".
- FixedCookie windows (of the Workable and consentmanager type) are closed before the application; the buttons in these windows are no longer mistaken for the form's Next button.
- FixedTrap forms hidden on employer pages to catch automatic applications are no longer filled in; field labels are taken only from their own question (the same label being written into five fields is over).
- FixedSome application pages (forms embedded within a careers page) were mistaken for "no form" and the app went back to the listing; these forms are now recognized.
- FixedIn cases where the form itself guesses the country code in the phone field, a number entered incompletely is no longer counted as "filled"; the number is rewritten in its full form. Disabled (inactive) questions are no longer attempted.
- FixedOn some forms (Ashby) the CV upload was accepted but the app still waited 45 seconds saying "uploading"; the upload is now counted as done as soon as the file name appears.
v1.3.9913 September 2026
- FixedIf the connection slowed down while a required update was downloading, the app could stay stuck on the "updating" message. Now the download retries a few times, and if it still fails, it automatically tries again after a few minutes and the Update button always stays visible.
- FixedOn some application forms, the phone number was entered in the wrong field and got cut short ("number too short"), and every multiple-choice question was being answered twice. Both have been fixed.
v1.3.9813 September 2026
- FixedIn suggestion lists such as location, a wrong option that matches only one of your words is no longer picked (for example "Turkey Point" in Canada for "Ankara Turkey"). When it can't be sure, the list is shown to the AI or the field is left empty.
- FixedWhen a site rejects your application saying a required field was left empty, this is no longer mistaken for a "firewall"; the missing field is filled in and the attempt is retried.
- FixedOn some job sites the language selector was mistaken for the "next" button and clicked; language and region selectors are no longer treated as an application step.
- FixedListings that have been removed from the company's application system but still appear open on the job platform are now marked as "Listing closed"; the engine no longer tries to search the company's job board.
- FixedDocument links on the careers page (such as a PDF "applicant onboarding guide") are no longer mistaken for an application step and opened; the real "Apply" link on the page is used instead.
- FixedAt companies that use Workday (e.g. Shell, Accenture), an application could get stuck for up to 10 minutes. Since Workday requires an account to apply, these listings are now immediately marked as "sign-in required."
v1.3.9713 September 2026
- FixedOn some sites, dropdown lists looked filled but were sent empty, and the application was rejected with a "required field" error. Now a field only counts as filled if a choice was actually made.
- FixedIf your answer is written differently in the list (e.g. "Türkiye" instead of "Turkey"), the correct option is found; for an answer that isn't in the list, no random option is selected.
- FixedWhen the page rearranges itself while you fill out the form (e.g. some fields disappearing once you pick a country), answers are no longer written into the wrong fields.
- FixedQuestions that look like a text box but are actually a selection list (yes/no and language-level questions in some application systems) are now filled in correctly.
- FixedIn long application windows, dropdown lists at the bottom of the page are also opened and filled in; this is why some applications were taking unnecessarily long.
- ImprovedIf the Submit button stays disabled because of a single checkbox, only the box that enables that button is ticked; if the form considers your phone number invalid, it is no longer treated as accepted.
v1.3.9612 September 2026
- FixedOn questions with a dropdown list, your answer was thought to be unsaved and got typed over and over; that's why some applications took hours. Now the answer is entered just once.
- ImprovedIf no option in the dropdown list matches your answer, a random option is no longer selected; questions like origin, gender or work permit are never made up on your behalf.
- FixedForm sections that only appear once opened now open properly; the issue where the “continue” button stayed disabled has been fixed.
- FixedIf an application link leads to a page that is no longer online, the listing is treated as closed and isn't attempted in vain.
- FixedThe “search jobs” button on the employer’s site is no longer clicked, so you no longer get taken away from the listing.
v1.3.958 September 2026
- FixedA Turkish CV could be attached to an English job posting; the CV is now chosen based on the posting's language.
- FixedOn some application forms the required option next to the phone number was left empty and the application stalled.
- FixedPages without an application form were mistaken for a form and the agent tried to fill them in.
- FixedIf the internet dropped during an update, the agent froze; it now continues from where it left off.
- ImprovedThe work permit assessment now also takes the posting's location into account, so postings in Turkey are no longer filtered out by mistake.
