2. Main Characteristics of the Service

The Seller's products are software services provided over the internet and the usage packages and plans for those services (for example application credits, credit packs, monthly or yearly plans). The name, scope and validity period of the package you buy are shown on the product screen where you start the purchase and on the payment page.

3. Price and Taxes

The amount shown on the payment page is the total you pay, VAT included. As the service is provided electronically there is no delivery or shipping charge, and the Seller does not ask you for any fee beyond that amount. Confirming on the payment page and continuing to payment creates an obligation to pay.

4. Payment Method

Payment is made by credit or debit card on your bank's 3D Secure payment page. Card details are processed by a licensed payment institution and the bank; the Seller can neither see nor store your card details.

5. Performance and Delivery

The service is performed electronically; there is no physical delivery. Once your payment is approved, the package you bought becomes available in your product account immediately.

You access the service by signing in to your product account. This requires an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser; some products also work with a desktop application named on the product page.

6. Duration, Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

One-time packages (for example extra application or credit packs) are valid for the scope and period stated on the payment page; they do not renew automatically and no further charge is taken from your card.

Subscription plans (monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, and the renewal fee is charged to the card you used at purchase. The payment page shows the period, the price per period and the first renewal date; the subscription does not start unless you accept automatic renewal with a separate confirmation box. Renewals are charged at the period price shown on the payment page. For plans whose first period is discounted, the discount applies to the first period only; later periods renew at the regular price of the same plan, which is also shown on the payment page. If the price changes, you are told by e-mail before the first renewal at the new price, and you can cancel before that renewal.

So that renewals can be charged, your card is stored at the first payment by the licensed payment institution as a token. The Seller neither sees nor stores your card number; at renewal it only instructs a charge using that token.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the user menu of the product (for example, on apply.besimtech.com: user menu → Subscription) or by e-mail to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep using the service until the period ends and no charge is taken for the next period. The fee for a period that has already started is not refunded, except where the law requires a refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of its conclusion without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Where the right of withdrawal applies, the amount you paid is refunded no later than 14 days after your notice reaches the Seller, using the payment method you used and without any extra cost to you.

8. When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

• Services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly — where performance has started with your approval.
• Services whose performance has started with your approval before the withdrawal period ends.

If you buy a package that starts right away, a separate confirmation box is shown for this on the payment page, and payment cannot proceed until it is ticked. For purchases where you have not given such approval, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains.

9. How to Withdraw

Send your withdrawal notice by e-mail to [email protected] within the 14-day period (you may also use our KEP address). Including your name, the e-mail address you used at purchase and, if possible, the payment date speeds things up. It is enough for the notice to be sent within the period.

10. Complaints and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the purchase was made, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court for disputes above those limits.

11. Confirmation

You confirm that you have read this form and accept the Distance Sales Agreement with the box on the payment page; payment does not start without this confirmation. The current version of the documents is always published at this address, and you can save or print it from your browser. Versions in other languages are for information; the Turkish text prevails.
