BUYER (CONSUMER): The person whose name, address and contact details are specified in the order form / at the payment stage.
Article 2 — Subject
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the parties' rights and obligations under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and performance of the product/service ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website/application.
Article 3 — Product/Service
The type, quantity, sale price including taxes and payment method of the product/service are shown to the Buyer electronically during order confirmation and form an integral part of this agreement. The Seller's products are mainly digital software services and subscriptions.
Article 4 — General Provisions
- The Buyer acknowledges having read the preliminary information and provided the required electronic confirmation.
- The Seller undertakes to perform the service completely, free of defects and in compliance with regulations.
- Following payment confirmation, access to the digital service is provided within the period stated in the preliminary information.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from its conclusion without giving any reason. Withdrawal notice is sent to [email protected].
Article 6 — Cases Where Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for digital content/services performed instantly electronically (where performance begins with the Buyer's consent), for personalized products, and for services whose performance has begun.
Article 7 — Delivery and Performance
Digital services are performed electronically immediately after payment confirmation or within the period stated in the preliminary information. The Seller is not responsible for delays arising from the Buyer providing incorrect/incomplete information.
Article 8 — Payment
Payments are made by credit/debit card or related methods through the secure payment infrastructure offered on the site. Payment information is processed by licensed payment institutions; the Seller does not store card information.
Article 9 — Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
Article 10 — Entry into Force
When the Buyer confirms the order and payment electronically, all terms of this agreement are deemed accepted. The agreement enters into force on the date of confirmation.
