Sales & Returns

1. General

These conditions govern the sale, cancellation and return of digital products, software services and subscriptions offered by Besim Teknoloji ("Seller"). Users completing a purchase accept these conditions. The provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation are reserved.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery or conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Withdrawal notice may be sent to [email protected].

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

• Digital content and services performed and delivered instantly electronically (where performance begins with the consumer's consent).
• Products/services personalized according to the consumer's requests.
• Services whose performance has started and is completed with the consumer's consent.

For subscriptions, the fee for a period that has already started is not refunded, except where the law requires a refund; cancelling stops the following renewals (see section 5).

4. Return and Refund Process

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the Seller refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method and without additional charge.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Subscription plans (monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period, using the card you paid with, until you cancel; one-time packages do not renew. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the user menu of the product (for example, on apply.besimtech.com: user menu → Subscription) or by e-mail to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period; you keep access until the period ends and no charge is taken for the next period. The fee for a period that has already started is not refunded, except where the law requires a refund.
