1. General

These conditions govern the sale, cancellation and return of digital products, software services and subscriptions offered by Besim Teknoloji ("Seller"). Users completing a purchase accept these conditions. The provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation are reserved.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery or conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Withdrawal notice may be sent to [email protected].

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

• Digital content and services performed and delivered instantly electronically (where performance begins with the consumer's consent).
• Products/services personalized according to the consumer's requests.
• Services whose performance has started and is completed with the consumer's consent.

For subscription services, no refund may be made for a period that has started to be used; the next renewal is cancelled to end the subscription.

4. Return and Refund Process

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the Seller refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method and without additional charge.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until the end of the period.
