Besim Teknoloji provides software services for the retail, finance and media sectors through StoreAI, Social Vision Pro and other related AI solutions. Services are under continuous development and may be updated without prior notice.

3. Conditions of Use

• Platforms may only be used for lawful purposes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems is prohibited.
• Content infringing others' intellectual property may not be shared.
• Automated scraping, bots or malicious software are prohibited.
• Transactions containing misleading or inaccurate information are not allowed.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, design, logos, brand names, content and infrastructure on our platforms belong to Besim Teknoloji and are protected under copyright laws. They may not be copied, distributed or modified without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Besim Teknoloji does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. For service interruptions, data loss or issues arising from third-party integrations, the company's liability is limited to the service fee paid for the relevant period.

6. Account Security

Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their account information. Do not share your account with third parties; in case of suspicious access, notify [email protected] immediately.

7. Service Termination

In case of violation of these terms, Besim Teknoloji reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes.
