User Data Deletion
When you sign in or connect an account with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Google) or LinkedIn, we store only what the product needs: your account/page ID, name, profile picture and an encrypted access token used to publish content you ask us to publish. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
Option 1 — Disconnect inside the product (immediate)
- Sign in to the product (e.g. video.besimtech.com → Settings).
- Under Social accounts, click Disconnect next to the account.
- The stored token and account details are deleted immediately and the permission is revoked on the platform where supported.
Option 2 — Remove the app from Facebook / Instagram
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select Besimtech, click Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites, select the app, click Remove.
- Our access stops at once; the stored token becomes invalid and is deleted from our systems.
Option 3 — Delete everything (account and all data)
Email info@besimtech.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address of your account (or include your Facebook/Instagram name). We delete your account, connected social accounts, tokens, uploaded files and generated content within 30 days and confirm by email. Records we must keep by law (e.g. invoices) are retained only for the legally required period.

Kullanıcı Verilerinin Silinmesi
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Google) veya LinkedIn ile giriş yaptığınızda ya da hesap bağladığınızda yalnız ürünün ihtiyaç duyduğu bilgileri saklarız: hesap/sayfa kimliği, ad, profil resmi ve sizin istediğiniz paylaşımları yapmak için şifrelenmiş erişim jetonu. Bu verileri satmaz, reklam için kullanmayız.
1. Ürün içinden bağlantıyı kesin (anında)
Ürüne girin (ör. video.besimtech.com → Ayarlar) → Sosyal hesaplar → Bağlantıyı kes. Jeton ve hesap bilgisi hemen silinir, destekleyen platformlarda izin de geri alınır.
2. Uygulamayı Facebook / Instagram'dan kaldırın
Facebook: Ayarlar ve gizlilik → Ayarlar → Uygulamalar ve web siteleri → Besimtech → Kaldır. Instagram: Ayarlar → Uygulamalar ve web siteleri → Kaldır. Erişimimiz anında biter.
3. Her şeyi silin (hesap ve tüm veriler)
Hesabınızın e-posta adresinden info@besimtech.com adresine “Veri silme talebi” konulu e-posta gönderin. Hesabınız, bağlı sosyal hesaplar, jetonlar, yüklediğiniz dosyalar ve üretilen içerikler 30 gün içinde silinir ve e-postayla bildirilir. Yasal saklama zorunluluğu olan kayıtlar (ör. faturalar) yalnız yasal süre boyunca tutulur. KVKK kapsamındaki tüm haklarınız için Gizlilik Politikası ve Aydınlatma Metni.
