1. General

These conditions govern the sale, cancellation and return of our digital products and subscriptions.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The consumer may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, withdrawal cannot be used for:

• Instantly delivered digital content and services.
• Personalized products/services.
• Services started and completed with consent.

For subscriptions, no refund may be made for a period already in use.

4. Return and Refund Process

Refunds are made within 14 days via the original payment method.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel anytime; it takes effect at the end of the billing period.
